The inner part (Lagmanyos) of district 11 starts right next to the river and the Liberty Bridge (green bridge), on the Buda side. In this part of the district there are such famous places in the city like Szent Gellért hotel/bath, Citadel (Gellérthegy), the beautiful boulevard of Bartók Béla, BME University, etc.
This is a very pleasant place to live, where the plain and hilly landscapes are combined, where there is a lot of greens, parks, where apartments and family houses are located with beautiful views to downtown, but at the same time very close to the city center. That is, this place is great for living yourself, as well with family and children, and for buying apartments for investment.
